Booking & Reservations

When making a reservation, the following conditions apply:

• Guests must provide accurate and complete information.
• Reservations are subject to availability.
• A valid credit card is required for booking confirmation.

Check-In & Check-Out

The following policies are in effect for all stays:

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Late check-out may incur additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
• Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged for one night's stay.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Guest Conduct

• Maintain the cleanliness of rooms and facilities.
• Avoid any illegal or disruptive activities on the premises.

Liability

While we strive to ensure your safety and satisfaction, Regal Horizons Hotel will not be held responsible for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Injuries or accidents caused by guest negligence.
• Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or service interruptions.

Modification of Terms

Regal Horizons Hotel reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Guests are encouraged to review the terms regularly for updates.
